The quality is great, but the sizing is a tad off. I compared the 10 (41) I purchased here to my size 10 Uggs and they’re about an inch shorter than my real Uggs. They don’t fit me, but I do like the quality and will probably buy the next size up from this seller.

THE SELLER HAS THE WORST COMMUNICATION!!!
My items took a MONTH & A HALF to come in & each time I tried to reach out to get an update as it wasn’t updating on my end, little info was given saying that they’ll message the company to “update the system”. Item is NOT true to size. I wear a woman’s 8, so I ordered an 8 and it fits like a 7! I’ve tried reaching out to replace my item and I have yet to receive a response back and it’s already been 1 week and half!

I just received my order today although it did take approximately one month I am very very pleasantly surprised at how great the bag is and how packaged it was as well and I was very happy to see that I received also the dust bag and authentication cards which is pretty amazing the lining is really fantastic and every single piece is very well detailed. this is my first ever purchase from this website and of course from this owner however I would definitely recommend and will probably look at other items in the future
